Registration Instructions

ALERT:

If you have previously played soccer with OVYSL or in Cal North Youth Soccer an account exists for you already in the Affinity Sports Data Management System. Check the box for Player Registration or Coach/Admin Registration. Type Username/Password, then Login.
To retrieve this information, please click on "Forgot Username/Password."

You will recieve an auto generated email with a link to set your username and password.DO NOT create a new account. If you do not receive that email please call Affinity Sports for assistance. 1.877.700.1470.

If you are brand new to soccer please click the blue button 'Create New Account.'

Please Note: if you are registering your player and yourself as a coach please select both boxes below to complete both registrations simultaneously.

ATTENTION: A completed 1601 Membership form is required, to complete the registration process. You will be asked, at the end of your registration, to print this form and mail or email it to the registrar. If you are unable to print it, please use this link. http://www.ovysl.org/docs/1601%202014.pdf Proof of birth is also required, for any players NEW to Orchard Valley.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
