Registration Instructions

Please create a new account. If system finds a match and you are having trouble retrieving your information please contact Affinity Sports at 877-700-1470 to obtain your username and password.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages.
