Registration Instructions

For First Year Registrations: Attach a copy of the birth certificate during the online application process or bring a copy to one of our registration dates.

If you are a returning player, and have forgotten your Username and/or password,
Click on the 'Forgot Username/Password' Link. Be sure to enter the player's name as it appears on the player's Birth Certificate.
