Registration Instructions

Welcome to OUSL Online Registration

Click on register a player below and log-in from here.

If you don't remember your user name and password you may click the forgot user name and / or password link. If you have a valid email address you may reset through your email account or you may call toll free 800-817-5977.

If you have already completed the registration process and just need to print the forms go back to the welcome page and log-in via the user log-in.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
