Registration Instructions

If your child played in the last 2 years, you have a user account. Click on option 1 "forgot user name/password" and enter your name, email address and zipcode and click on "submit". The system will find your user name.

If your child did not play in the last 2 years or if the system cannot locate your account, click on option 2 and create a new account.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
