Registration Instructions

Instructions:

1. Select a Registration Type.

2. If you already have an Affinity account, complete Login. If not, Create a New Account.

COACHES: If you are interested in coaching, please complete the coach registration first before registering your child.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
