Registration Instructions
Register player to his or her selected team. You must have been selected for the team after tryouts to complete this registration. Be careful to choose the correct team. Do not register if you are an alternate, you will notified by the coach or the LFC office if you should register.
If you have logged into Affinity before, use your user name (probably email) and password. If you do not know your password or have not logged in to Affinity before, use your email address as user name and click on "forgot password" and instructions will be sent to you.
Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
Only Use EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS to setup all instructions on all pages.
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
