Registration Instructions

If you are registering a player for Futsal, please check the Player Registration button below.
If you are a coach doing a background check (SafeSport Certification is also required for ALL coaches) please check the Coach/Admin button below.

If you know your User Name and Password, enter that information into the respective fields. If you do not know this information see below for login information.

If your player has ever played under OYSA with any club in the past, you could and probably are in the system as a parent. BEFORE you attempt to create a new account, please contact the OYSA office at 503-626-4625 (Registration Department) to get your login information. We do not want to create duplicate records in the system.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
