Registration Instructions

Check Coach/Admin (Team Manager)

Log in with your username & password OR create a new account.

If you previously used this system for a background check or coaching application or played any development or competitive season since Winter League 2010, please log in with this username and password. To reset your username & password, click on the link below to have this emailed to you.

All others can click on the Create New Account button below to get started.

If you are not sure if you have an account, choose Create New Account. If your information is found, you will have the chance to select that option and create a new username and password.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
