Registration Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: NEW IN JANUARY 2020, AFFINITY (US SOCCER CONNECT) IS ADDING A $3 TRANSACTION FEE. IT APPLIES TO THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION, SO IF YOU SIGN UP MULTIPLE KIDS AT ONCE, YOU ARE ONLY CHARGED THE $3.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE USING A VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER CARD AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. PLEASE KNOW THAT APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED IF PAYMENT DOES NOT PROCESS DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. CASH AND CHECK PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE AN OPTION AT CHECK OUT. Coaches must also register as a Coach / Admin each season.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
