Registration Instructions

NOTE: If anyone in your household has registered as a player/coach/volunteer with ANY club that uses Affinity, you should already be in the system and will need to log in with your current username and password rather than creating a new account.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.

	Register Family Members of a Family to the Club Register member to the league/club, then league/club registrar will accept the registration and roster the members to teams later. Or use assignment code to roster self to a team.

	Register Player(s) to the Selected Team You will choose a team first, then register your family members as player or team administrator to the selected team.
