Registration Instructions

Welcome to Comba FC Club Registration!

*Select your registration type (coach/admin or player).

**Login with your current UYSA account or create a new account.

**If you are having trouble registering, please contact Affinity at 1-800-808-7195.

**In order to register you must have an Assignment Code from your coach. If you do not have an Assignment Code, please contact your coach before proceeding. Thank you!

***If you are new to UYSA competition, please have your childs birth certificate ready to upload during registration.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages.
