Registration Instructions

**Select your registration type (coach or player).

**Login with your current UYSA account or create a new account.

**If you are having trouble registering, please contact Affinity at 1-800-808-7195.

Elite FC competitive soccer registration. In order to register you must have an Assignment Code from your coach. If you do not have an Assignment Code, please contact your coach before proceeding. Thank you!

Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
