Registration Instructions

RETURNING PLAYERS if you do not have your username and password please use the forgot username / password link. The system will also allow you to create a username and password if you are in the system and have an email on file in your account.

Simply provide your email address (must be on file in the system), last name, and zip code. You will recieve an email asking you to reset password. Choose this option and you will be able to create a username if needed, as well as a password.

If you have multiple accounts please contact Affinity Sports @ 1-888-211-3444 to have your accounts merged.

NEW PLAYERS use option 2

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.

PREVIOUS -- Move to previous to edit instruction.

some of the family are players, some of the family are team admins or 
volunteers, then check all applicable registration type checkboxes here. 
If a registration type checkbox is not available, this is because it is 
closed for that registration type.
