Registration Instructions

Welcome to Wasatch SC Academy Online Registration!

Players

Please have the following available for registration

1. A CURRENT face only photo, please do not wear sunglasses hats or make funny faces. Please be sure the player is facing forwward in the photo. Taking a quick picture with your phone is often the easiest way to get a photo that meets roster requirements.

2. New players will need a copy of their birth certificate.

Coaches and Team Admin

During registration you will be asked to provide the following

1. Face only photo, please no hats or sunglasses
2. Safesport Certification for 2022. Training can be taken here

3. Concussion Certification for 2022. Training can be taken here

**All coaches must meet the State’s licensing requirements. If you will be applying for a seasonal waiver please complete registration first. For questions about licensing please reach out to your DOC.
