Registration Instructions

ALERT:

If your child has played soccer with Mt Baker-Lakewood Soccer or other SYSA club in a previous season, you could have an existing Affinity account. If you are unsure of your username and password, please click the Forgot Username and Password link below to connect to your existing account. Please DO NOT create a new account.

You can also contact Affinity Support for username support. They can be reached at 1-888-213-3999, 7 days a week.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages.
