Registration Instructions

If you already have an account in the Affinity Sports system you can enter your username and passowrd and click login with Option 1.

Click the Forgot Username / Password link if you think you have an account but dont know your username / password. If you are brand new to the Affinity Sports system use Option 2 to create a new profile.

April 6, 2021: Please note: do not register for spring soccer at this time unless you have a team to play on, and have confirmed your participation with the team coach.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
