Registration Instructions

                                    If you already have an account in the Affinity Sports system
                                   you can enter your username and password and click 'Login.'

                  Click the Forgot Username/Password link if you think you have an account
                                           but do not know your username/password.

               If you are brand new to the Affinity Sports system use the 'Create New Account' button.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages.
