Del Dayo Soccer Club Registration
2016 REGISTRATION will be open APRIL 1st until MAY 31st. Late Registration fee ($45) will apply from June 1st to June 14th with no guaranteed roster placement. Final application date is June 14, 2016
COST: 2016 fees are the same as last years and remain at $95 for the first child; additional sibling fees are reduced by $5 per child.
NEW AGE GROUP LIMITS: The new USSF age chart can be found on the US Soccer web site, RCYSL,and Deldayosoccer.net site in the Forms tab under Registration.
NEW and Returning PLAYERS: Your on-line registration must include the following:
- Completed on-line application with Parents Ethics form
- Copy of a government-issued birth certificate (new players only).
- Current 1x1 inch photo (every player)
- Coach/Team/Friend requests
PHOTOS: ALL PLAYERS: must upload a recent photo to complete registration. Players will not be assigned a team until a photo has been uploaded. PHOTO NOTE: Picture size can be easily changed by going to http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ for a PC or MacPlease use a jpeg to upload photos. PLAYING UP: Players who would like to play with a team one (1) year older than his/her assigned age group cannot change his/her age group in the registration application. To request to play up, please submit a "Play Up Request" form (available at the end of the registration application, also available at deldayosoccer.net) and send to the Registrar via email at registrar@deldayosoccer.net
UNIFORMS: UPDATED FOR 2016: Uniforms are NOT included this year and may be purchased from Extreme Soccer, beginning July 7, 2016. See sponsor link on Deldayosoccer.net website for directions to store.
