Fall 2016 Registration Fee: $95.00 per Player

 FALL FUNDRAISER WILL BE “CANDY SALES”

($15.00 Late Fee per player after May 21^st, due to additional registration paperwork and individual uniform orders)

ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST BRING A PHOTOCOPY “CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH” FROM A GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY OR PASSPORT.  NO HOSPITAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
