Registration Instructions

SPRING 2018 IN-HOUSE & TRAVEL REGISTRATION

  PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION ~ QUESTIONS YOU HAVE MAY BE ANSWERED BELOW.  

Fees must be paid before being placed on a team.

Welcome to the online registration for the Spring 2018 H-V United soccer season.

The Spring season is for boys & girls ages 3 - 13 as of December 31st, 2017. If you are born after this date you can play starting the Fall 2018 season.

Be sure to choose a payment option or your registration will be canceled.

This is our 4th season on this website, you will need to create an account if you didnt play Fall 2016, Spring 2017 or Fall 2017. Any user names or passwords used on the previous site will not work here. Everyone will be asked to upload a copy of the birth certificate, you must upload the birth certificate to register, this is only for the initial registration on this new web site. Travel players will be asked to upload a picture, this should look like a driver license photo, incorrect pictures or birth certificates will have to be corrected prior to playing. Please use players legal name, there is a place to add nickname at the bottom of the page during registration.

If you played Fall 2016, Spring 2017 or Fall 2017 your birth certificate has been approved and doesnt need to be uploaded.

Registration is not complete until payment and birth certificate have been received, registrations with pending payments or birth certificates will not be included in the draft, it is the parents responsibility to turn these in. There are no refunds or fee transfers once players are registered with SCYSA, be sure you are playing before registering. Uniforms are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of the parents or a sponsor, not the club.

Checks can be made payable to H-V United, there is a $15 fee for returned checks, players will be suspended until returned checks are cleared up.

Be sure to indicate shirt size when you register, we use dri fit shirts for game jerseys for in-house and travel will use regular uniforms.

In-house wear various colors and travel wears royal and white.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES   ($10 late fee added for all ages)

Inhouse Rec (all ages) ~ January 12th

Travel Rec (U7 - U12) ~ January 12th

Walk-in registration will be January 4th, 8th and 12th at 605 First St. E., Hampton from 6:00 - 7:00. These will be done online, there are no paper forms. Must have a copy of birth certificate to register.

A coaching class is required for all coaches who have coached before and do not have at least an F license for inhouse ( 2 hour online course ). There are changes in 2018, the F license may not be available in January, a different class maybe required, have not been told when the online classes we be updated.

E License for Jr Academy / Rec travel

D License for classic travel are required.


Coaches meetings are tentative for the week of January 14th, this depends on having enough coaches.

In-house season starts February 3rd and ends March 24th.

Anyone interested in coaching should register under coach registration, the sooner we get coaches the sooner we can draft and start practices.

In-house fee (all ages):   $35*   (this is the default amount when registering)

Rec Travel (U7 – U12):   $60*   (this is an option if there is enough interest)


Teams will be formed based on completed registrations. There are no guarantees on requests.

In-house (Rec) and Jr Academy travel, all players should get at least 50% playing time (coaches may have guidelines for attending practice and behavior). Travel (Classic) this is a competitive league and players are not guaranteed 50% playing time but will get playing time.

*Field maintenance fee:   $20   The is per family, to help cover the expense of maintaining Boyles Soccer Field. This is in addition to the registration fee and will automatically be added when you register. This will show for each player but also as a discount for the 2nd player on.

Household discounts: 2nd player $5 off,   3rd player $5 off,   4th player $5 off

Late fee:   $10

You will get a confirmation email after you register but registration is not complete until fees and birth certificate are received. The club is not responsible for incomplete registrations. If you dont get a confirmation something is incomplete.
