CYSL Registration 2016

PLEASE READ Before Continuing....

If you registered online last year, your username (usually your email) and password should be the same.
If you registered previously NOT online, your records will be on file under your email.  Please select "forgot username password" to create a password.  If you have never been a part of CYSL before, then please create a new account.  If you have any issues with logging on, please contact Affinity Sports at 877-700-1470. If that fails call us at 320-1744 for more help.

Once you are logged on, you must register each child individually. When registering, the program will default to whatever age your child is- e.g a nine year old will show as playing U-9. Do not worry about this!

IMPORTANT! 

The program will ask you what size jersey, shorts and socks you want.  All players receive socks, so please indicate your size.  Only indicate your size of Jersey or Shorts if you want to purchase new ones. Once you get to the checkout page, YOU MUST click in the boxes to purchase the Uniform if you need to buy one, or it will not be ordered!  All new players must buy a Uniform. Returning players may use their uniforms from last year, swap to a larger size, or purchase a new one as well.

Please consider volunteering for the soccer league.  We are in need of coaches, assistant coaches, team parents, and helpers for the opening day jamboree and fundraiser... we are an all volunteer non-profit and depend on parents like you to step up to make the season happen.  Coaches will get their first childs registration fee refunded! Please check whatever boxes you think you can help with.
