2024/25 General Program Information:
The annual soccer (APY) year runs from August 1st, 2024 - August 31st, 2025
Annual Soccer Year has up to four seasons - 11 aside Fall & Spring - 7aside Fall -Winter –Spring - Summer
Individual Annual Registration Player Fees
All players must register themselves online as individual players with CASL/MAYS,
Georgia State Soccer Association, United States Adult Soccer Association & US Soccer for
(Non-Refundable) Player Accident Insurance Registration Fees are $20.00 for the annual Playing season August - August
TEAM FEES per season
Team fees cover game day cost - referee cost/assignor/field rental/lights/goals/flags
11 aside is played - Fall (Aug- Nov) & Spring (Feb - May)
Sunday's at 3pm & 5pm & 7pm
Games are played in Cobb County only - see field venues below
*Annual Playing Year (APY) 11 aside - Team Fee - $1,600 per season
7 aside is played four seasons per year
8 games - Fall (September – Nov) & Spring (Feb – May)
6 games - Winter (Jan- Mid February) & Summer (June - August)

Games are played in Cobb County only - see field venues below
*Annual Playing Year (APY) 7 aside Eight Week - Team Fee - $800 per season
*Annual Playing Year (APY) 7 aside Six Week - Team Fee - $600 per season
19 Fields at 5 Venues - All teams will rotate between all cobb county venues:
Hubert Park - Acworth - artificial turf
Mud Creek Park - Powder Springs - artificial turf
Noonday Creek Park - Kennesaw - natural grass
Tramore Park - Austell - natural grass
11 aside Playing levels:
Division 1 - Men's Competitive - *16 and up - highest level
Division 2 - Men's Intermediate - 16 and up - intermediate level (this level will be available if possible)
Recreational Divisions – NO Slide Tackles/No Goalkeeper contact
Division 3 - Men's Recreational -*16 and up
Division 4 - Men's Over 30 - Players must turn 30 with in the Annual Playing Season
Recreational Masters (40/45/50) Divisions – NO Slide Tackles/No Goalkeeper contact – Minimum field player contact
Men's Over 40 Recreational - Players must turn 40 during the Annual Playing Season
Men's Masters Over 45 Recreational - Players must turn 45 during the Annual Playing Season
*16 and up – all team administrators must be Safe Sport Certified if a team has a player 16/17/18

September 01st - Labor Day Weekend - No Games
September 02nd - Team Payment Due to NWYMCA
September 04th - New Team Managers Meeting (Zoom)
September 08th - 1st game of APY
September 23rd <->27th - Cobb County School Fall Break
November 03rd - Last APY Game of 1st Half
November 10th – Start of Fall Play Offs
November 25th <-> 29th Cobb County Schools out for Thanksgiving Break
December 1st - Cobb County Fields Fall Contracts End
December 1st - Team Registration for 2025 Winter Blizzard Blast - 7 aside Opens
December 01st - St. Nicholas Charity Soccer Event /Toy Drive - Benefitting Must Ministries
December 30th - Deadline to register for 2024 Blizzard Blast 7 Aside
January 5, 2025 - Preseason Scrimmage and Team Fee due
January 12, 2025, 1st game of Blizzard Blast 7 Aside
February 16, 2025 - Last Game of Blizzard Blast 7 Aside
2nd Half Resumes 2025
February 15th - Cobb County Park & Rec Spring Field Contracts Begin
February 17th <-> 21st- Cobb County Schools 3rd Quarter Break
February 23rd - preseason scrimmage
March 02nd - APY resumes with 2nd half preseason scrimmage.
March 09th - 1st game of 2nd half 11 Aside.
March - April - Y It Matters Donation Campaign
March 22 - April 20 Ramadan
April 20th - Easter Weekend - No Games
April 07th <->11th Cobb County Schools 4th Quarter Break
April 27th - Last Game 11 aside Spring Season Annual Playing Year
May 05th - Cinco de Mayo 7 aside Tournament - One Day Only!!
May 04th – Start of Spring Play Offs
May 11th - Mother's Day
May 24 - 26th Memorial Day Weekend
June 1st - Cobb County Spring Fields Contracts End

* Team fees are collected by the team manager and then paid directly to the NWYMCA
** Individual CASL/GSSA are (nonrefundable) collected at time of registration and goes directly to Georgia State Soccer Association for secondary player accident insurance.
