You will need two (2) separate pictures for registration.

1) A passport style photo,

Clearly showing your face close up
No head wear,
No sun glasses,
No other persons in the background.

2) A clear, readable scan or photo of your ID

Drivers license or some form of ID that has your Picture, Name and DOB.

SISL is a proud member of US Soccer and FIFA through the idaho State Soccer Sssociation.

Our goal is to afford you the opportunity to play the game of soccer for the pure fun of it.

We expect everyone to become familiar with and follow all rules.

We will not tolerate Referee Abuse in any form.

Participants are expected to treat each other with respect. Our intention is for all to enjoy the game and the everyone act in a civilized and gentlemanly manner and that the priciples of fair play and good sportsmanship prvail.
