As part of the offer, you should have received an email which contained an "activation code". This is your Player ID# and should be pre-populated for you on this page.  If not, please enter this code in the box provided on this web page to begin the player acceptance process.  Your application is not considered complete until payment has been received. 

Be sure to confirm email addresses during the acceptance process. Email is our primary method of communication with families.

Each family is responsible to ensure their Club fees are paid on time. Non-receipt of a payment reminder is not an excuse for non-payment of Club fees by a family.
