On-line Registration for the Academy Teams is open from June 14th through July 1st, 2011.
Initial registration fee can be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) or by check collected by Team Manager and submitted to Club.
Player Team Assignment Code is required to complete registration. Player Team Assignment Codes are assigned by the coach or team manager of your team. If you do not have a Player Team Assignment Code contact your coach or team manager.
