Registration Types

This is old version and the online registration must use the new version.

Click on the circle inside box to make your choice, then click the continue button.

Please download a picture of player on the registration page for their player card! This will allow their picture to be automatically put on their player card. If you are unable to add a picture email one to registrar@rvsoccer.com.

		Please follow instructions to fill out competitive player registration for Rogue Valley Soccer Club. In order to tryout, registration fee, a copy of the players birth certificate and a filled out online medical release form (release is printed out at the end of registration) is needed for all players. Players will not be allowed to tryout without bringing these three things to the field at tryout time!

All players MUST have the Medical Release form filled out and signed!!! Bring it to the field at tryouts.
