Player Registration
CSSC welcomes new and returning players. NOTE: New players to CSSC must provide a copy of their birth certificate at the Exit Teen Center, 1600 Rock Prairie Road, on January 28 (9:00-11:00 am). Check and cash payments will be accepted at this time as well. A copy of the birth certificate and payment must be on file by January 31 or the player will not be placed on a team. Thanks.
If your child is a RETURNING player, it is imperative that you use your existing username and password to retain your childs player identification from last season. For assistance, please send an e-mail to

Coaching Registration
CSSC is run by volunteers, and we are always seeking coaches. If you wish to serve as a coach or assistant coach, please note that on your online application form and complete the background check information. Thanks.
