Thank you for choosing PAYSL for your soccer player. All Players MUST HAVE TO REGISTER ONLINE for the Spring 2010 Season by 2-7-10.
Late registration fee of $15 to be added in addition to the regular registration fee after 5 pm on 2-7-10 for teams needing additional players as determined by the Age Group VPs.
All players are required to submit a legible, complete copy of the players state issued birth certificate (or valid US passport) scanned/emailed to payslbc@yahoo.com or faxed at time of registration to 1-866-467-9426. Players will not be accepted and assigned to teams until birth certificate is submitted for the player and payments have been processed.
Team formation begins February 7th.
Send late requests directly to Age Grp VPs. They will be on a wait list until open spots are determined. Please include childs first and last name, birthdate, phone number, and email address in the requests.
